The Salon is home to a team of talented independent stylists. While we share common salon policies to ensure a consistent and welcoming environment, each stylist independently manages their own scheduling, pricing, payments, and service policies.

At The Salon, our goal is to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every guest. To ensure the best service possible, we kindly ask that you review our policies below.
Appointments & Walk-Ins
We proudly offer two locations to serve you — one for walk-ins and one by appointment only. Please be sure you are visiting the correct location for your service. Appointment availability may vary by stylist.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. This allows us to accommodate other guests and respect our stylists’ time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may need to be adjusted to stay on schedule, or rescheduled if necessary.
Children in the Salon
We love welcoming families to The Salon and are happy to serve children as clients. However, for the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children who are not receiving services remain seated and supervised at all times. The salon environment includes sharp tools, hot styling equipment, and chemicals, so safety is very important to us.
